At Kimo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward refund policy.
Return Eligibility
You may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@kimo.pk within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@kimo.pk. We'll process your exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@kimo.pk
