Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses throughout Pakistan. We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely to your doorstep.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Available nationwide

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over PKR 3,000
  • Standard Shipping: PKR 199 for orders under PKR 3,000

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at support@kimo.pk

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We're working on expanding our shipping coverage to international destinations. Stay tuned for updates!

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as:

  • Package not received within estimated timeframe
  • Damaged package upon arrival
  • Incorrect items delivered

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Customs and Duties

As we currently ship only within Pakistan, there are no customs fees or international duties applicable to your order.
